Finding 30 1-minute chances to get in a quick workout will equal 30 minutes of exercise! Here are some quick exercise you can do to for one minute to get in your daily exercise.
Keep a light hand weight by the phone or TV and get in a few biceps curls. Lift and lower the weight slowly and steadily to max results.
Do Standing Push-Ups against the wall.
Get in a round of jumping jacks. Stop and rest as often as you need to; pretty soon you’ll be able to do a full minute without stopping.
Climb mall escalator steps as you ascend or better yet, take the stairs.
